Terms and conditions
Last updated: 2026-10-01
These terms apply to every dumpster rental from RempliGo Inc. (“RempliGo”). By booking, the customer accepts them.
In short
Client is responsible for container contents, placement, and safe use. Extra fees apply for overfilled bins, improper loading, extended rentals, blocked access, or prohibited items (e.g. paint, batteries, tires, propane tanks, hazardous waste, etc.). Cancellations under 24h may incur charges. Any violation of these terms results in a minimum $50 fee. RempliGo is not liable for damage to property, stains, or injury caused by misuse or negligence.
1. Booking
A booking is confirmed when RempliGo contacts the customer. Same-day delivery is possible depending on the time of the request and availability.
2. Prices and rental period
- Prices include delivery, pickup, the stated tonnage and the included rental period: 7 days for the 10, 15 and 20-yard, 14 days for the 40-yard. Repeat contractors get 15 days included.
- Each additional day is billed at $10 plus tax, with no maximum.
- Each additional tonne is billed at $160 plus tax, up to a maximum of 5 additional tonnes.
- Travel fees starting at $50 apply for Montréal, Laval and the North Shore. Back-lane delivery has fees starting at $50, depending on the space available.
- All prices are in Canadian dollars, plus tax.
- Fuel surcharge: Due to rising fuel prices, a variable surcharge based on market conditions may apply to all container sizes.
3. Materials
Accepted: construction materials, wood, metal, drywall, ceramic, furniture and small mattresses. Refused: contaminated materials, chemicals, propane tanks, paint, batteries, tires and other hazardous materials. Soil, concrete and brick must each go in a dedicated dumpster; soil can only be mixed with sod and earth. A minimum $50 fee applies if these rules aren’t followed.
4. Loading
The load must never go above the top of the walls. If the dumpster is far too full, we can’t pick it up and charges of $75 or more may apply for the wasted trip. If it’s slightly over, we remove the excess needed to transport it safely. The customer must make sure the load is safe and the door is properly closed. A $90 scraping fee plus tax applies if an excavator is needed to empty the dumpster.
5. Placement and access
The customer provides a clear spot and safe access for the truck and trailer:
- 10-yard: at least 13 × 13 ft (the dumpster plus 2 to 3 ft behind and on each side), and plenty of room in front for the truck to manoeuvre
- 15-yard: at least 15 × 14 ft (the dumpster plus 2 to 3 ft behind and on each side), and plenty of room in front for the truck to manoeuvre
- 20-yard: at least 15 × 14 ft (the dumpster plus 2 to 3 ft behind and on each side), and plenty of room in front for the truck to manoeuvre
- 40-yard: at least 23 × 14 ft (the dumpster plus 2 to 3 ft behind and on each side), and plenty of room in front for the truck to manoeuvre
Obtaining a permit, if one is required, is the customer’s responsibility.
If we make an unnecessary trip because the container can’t be dropped off or picked up (blocked access, not enough space, overfilled container, etc.), charges of $75 or more may apply.
