RempliGo Inc. (“RempliGo”, “we”) respects its customers’ privacy and complies with Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

Information we collect
- When you send a booking request: name, email, phone, delivery address, project details and requested date.
- When you call or email us: the information you share.
- When you browse the site: technical data (pages viewed, device type, referral source) through cookies, if analytics tools are enabled.
Why we use it
- To process and confirm your booking, and deliver and pick up the dumpster.
- To bill you and communicate with you.
- To understand how the site is used and improve our services and advertising.
Service providers
Booking requests are handled through Jobber, our business management software. The site may use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for audience measurement and advertising. These providers may store information outside Québec. We do not sell your personal information.
Map
The service-area map uses OpenStreetMap. When it displays, your browser downloads the map images from their servers, which receive your IP address. The map does not use cookies.
Cookies
By default, no analytics or advertising cookies are active. They are only used if you click “Accept” in the banner shown during your visit:
- Analytics (Google Analytics): pages viewed, visit length, device type.
- Advertising (Google Ads, Meta): measuring how well our ads work, for example whether a visit led to a booking request.
You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, or block cookies in your browser. The site works normally without them.
Retention
We keep your information as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Only people who need it to handle your rental have access.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, or its transfer in a structured, commonly used technological format, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@rempligo.com. We respond within 30 days.
If you’re not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
